Abstract: We present Tongyi DeepResearch, an agentic large language model, which is specifically designed for long-horizon, deep information-seeking research tasks. To incentivize autonomous deep research agency, Tongyi DeepResearch is developed through an end-to-end training framework that combines agentic mid-training and agentic post-training, enabling scalable reasoning and information seeking across complex tasks. We design a highly scalable data synthesis pipeline that is fully automatic, without relying on costly human annotation, and empowers all training stages. By constructing customized environments for each stage, our system enables stable and consistent interactions throughout. Tongyi DeepResearch, featuring 30.5 billion total parameters, with only 3.3 billion activated per token, achieves state-of-the-art performance across a range of agentic deep research benchmarks, including Humanity's Last Exam, BrowseComp, BrowseComp-ZH, WebWalkerQA, xbench-DeepSearch, FRAMES and xbench-DeepSearch-2510. We open-source the model, framework, and complete solutions to empower the community.

Abstract: We preregistered a comparison of two ways to help an LLM answer questions over a small research corpus: a single-round Vector RAG system and an LLM-compiled markdown wiki. Both systems answered the same 13 questions over 24 papers using the same answer-generating model, and their answers were scored by blinded LLM judges.
The wiki scored much better at connecting findings across papers, but its advantage in answer organization was not strong after judge adjustment. RAG met the preregistered test for single-fact lookup questions. The clean query-side cost result went against the expected wiki advantage: under the tested setup, the wiki used far more query tokens than RAG, so it could not recover any upfront build cost through cheaper queries.
Two exploratory analyses changed how we interpret the result. First, claim-level citation checking favored the wiki: its cited pages more often supported the exact claims being made, even though RAG scored better on the overall groundedness rubric. Second, a decomposition-based RAG variant recovered most of the wiki's advantage on cross-paper synthesis at lower LLM-token cost, but it did not recover the wiki advantage in claim-by-claim citation support.
The main conclusion is that grounded research synthesis is not a single capability. Systems can differ in how well they organize evidence, how well their citations support each claim, and how much they cost to run. In this study, no architecture was best on all three.

Abstract: Users often possess a clear visual intent but struggle to articulate it precisely in language. This intention-expression gap makes aligning generated images with latent visual preferences a fundamental challenge in text-to-image diffusion models. Existing methods either require model training, sacrificing flexibility, or rely on textual feedback, imposing a heavy cognitive burden. Although recent training-free methods use click-based binary preference feedback to reduce user effort, they force Foundation Models (FMs) to infer preferences at the semantic level. When faced with multi-dimensional preferences, FMs suffer from inference overload and fail to identify exact preferred feature values under conflicting user signals. Consequently, a flexible framework for multi-dimensional feature alignment remains absent. To address this, we propose a Hierarchical Relevance Feedback-Driven (HRFD) framework. Recognizing that multiple features struggle to converge simultaneously, HRFD organizes them into a three-tier hierarchy and adapts relevance feedback to enforce coarse-to-fine convergence, minimizing cognitive load. To bypass FM inference overload, HRFD decouples the process into independent single-feature preference inference tasks. Furthermore, to overcome FMs' failure in identifying preferred values, HRFD employs statistical inference to quantify the distribution divergence of features between "liked" and "disliked" image sets, achieving robust and transparent preference measurement. Crucially, HRFD operates entirely within the external text space, remaining strictly training-free and model-agnostic. Extensive experiments demonstrate that HRFD effectively captures the user's true visual intent, significantly outperforming baseline approaches.

Abstract: We propose PipeANN-Filter, an efficient filtered vector search system on SSD. Unlike existing systems that explore only valid vectors (i.e., those satisfying the attribute constraints) during search, PipeANN-Filter explores a superset of valid vectors, and performs attribute verification after getting the top-k closest result vectors. This allows PipeANN-Filter to leverage probabilistic data structures (e.g., Bloom filters) to identify the superset, trading off a small number of false-positive vector explorations for a massive reduction in SSD I/O for attribute reading. Evaluations show that PipeANN-Filter improves search latency and throughput compared to state-of-the-art systems. PipeANN-Filter is open-source at https://github.com/thustorage/PipeANN

Abstract: When researchers ask whether two transformer layers are "equivalent" for compression, they often conflate distinct tests. Replacement asks whether one layer's map can substitute for another's in place; interchange asks whether two layers approximately commute when their positions are swapped. Both are output-grounded swap-KL probes, but they need not agree: on pretrained transformers the protocol gap can change which layers look safe to prune by several-fold under the same evaluator, especially when replacement distances are high. We measure both protocols across checkpoints and architectures. On a Pythia training trajectory (410M and 1.4B), the replacement-interchange gap grows from initialization to convergence. Under one matched WikiText-2 contract at 8B scale, Qwen3-8B enters a divergent regime: interchange-guided removal is several-fold safer than replacement-guided at the same layer budgets, while Llama-3.1-8B ties the two protocols for pruning cost even though interchange KL is lower, showing metric gaps need not map one-to-one to removal. Before layer removal or merging, score both swap-KLs on the target checkpoint; the diagnostic requires only unlabeled forward passes.

Abstract: We introduce Graph-Augmented Sequence-to-Sequence (GA-S2S), a novel framework that integrates a T5-small encoder-decoder with a Relational Graph Attention Network (RGAT) to improve link prediction in knowledge graphs. While existing Seq2Seq models rely solely on surface-level textual descriptions of entities and relations and at best, flatten the neighborhoods of a query entity into a single linear sequence, thereby discarding the inherent graph structure, GA-S2S jointly encodes both textual features and the full $k$-hop subgraph topology surrounding the query entity. By integrating raw encoder outputs with RGAT's relation-aware embeddings, our model captures and leverages richer multi-hop relational patterns and textual information. Our preliminary experiments on the CoDEx dataset demonstrate that GA-S2S outperforms competitive Seq2Seq-based baseline models, achieving up to a 19\% relative gain in link prediction accuracy.

Abstract: Text-to-image diffusion models have achieved remarkable progress, yet their use raises copyright and misuse concerns, prompting research into machine unlearning. However, extending multi-concept unlearning to large-scale scenarios remains difficult due to three challenges: (i) conflicting weight updates that hinder unlearning or degrade generation; (ii) imprecise mechanisms that cause collateral damage to similar content; and (iii) reliance on additional data or modules, creating scalability bottlenecks. To address these, we propose Scalable-Precise Concept Unlearning (ScaPre), a unified framework tailored for large-scale unlearning. ScaPre introduces a conflict-aware stable design, integrating spectral trace regularization and geometry alignment to stabilize optimization, suppress conflicts, and preserve global structure. Furthermore, an Informax Decoupler identifies concept-relevant parameters and adaptively reweights updates, strictly confining unlearning to the target subspace. ScaPre yields an efficient closed-form solution without requiring auxiliary data or sub-models. Comprehensive experiments on objects, styles, and explicit content demonstrate that ScaPre effectively removes target concepts while maintaining generation quality. It forgets up to $\times \mathbf{5}$ more concepts than the best baseline within acceptable quality limits, achieving state-of-the-art precision and efficiency for large-scale unlearning. Abstract: In real-world video question answering scenarios, videos often provide only localized visual cues, while verifiable answers are distributed across the open web; models therefore need to jointly perform cross-frame clue extraction, iterative retrieval, and multi-hop reasoning-based verification. To bridge this gap, we construct the first video deep research benchmark, VideoDR. VideoDR centers on video-conditioned open-domain video question answering, requiring cross-frame visual anchor extraction, interactive web retrieval, and multi-hop reasoning over joint video-web evidence; through rigorous human annotation and quality control, we obtain high-quality video deep research samples spanning six semantic domains. We evaluate multiple closed-source and open-source multimodal large language models under both the Workflow and Agentic paradigms, and the results show that Agentic is not consistently superior to Workflow: its gains depend on a model's ability to maintain the initial video anchors over long retrieval chains. Further analysis indicates that goal drift and long-horizon consistency are the core bottlenecks. In sum, VideoDR provides a systematic benchmark for studying video agents in open-web settings and reveals the key challenges for next-generation video deep research agents.

Abstract: Future planetary exploration envisions autonomous robotic agents operating under severe communication constraints, without global positioning, and with minimal human intervention. In such environments, agents must not only perceive and act, but also reason over mission objectives, operational constraints, and evolving environmental conditions. While prior work has largely focused on perception and control, the translation of high-level mission knowledge into structured, machine-interpretable representations remains underexplored.
We introduce a pilot benchmark for translating natural language (NL) into First-Order Logic (FOL) within the domain of planetary exploration. The dataset is constructed from real mission documentation sourced from NASA's Planetary Data System (PDS), spanning missions from 2003 to 2013. These documents describe mission phases such as launch, boost, coast, cruise, and orbital operations in rich natural language. We manually annotate these documents with corresponding FOL representations that capture temporal structure, agent roles, and operational dependencies. In addition, we provide structured predicate vocabularies and typed constants to enable controlled experimentation with varying levels of prior knowledge. This pilot benchmark provides a foundation for research at the intersection of language understanding and formal reasoning, grounded in real-world, safety-critical mission data. Abstract: Robotic cloth folding is a challenging task, particularly when considering dynamic folding tasks, which aim at folding cloth by fast motions that leverage its dynamics. When subject to such fast motions, the complexity of cloth dynamics hinders both system identification and planning of folding trajectories, resulting in a difficult simulation-to-reality transfer when using physical models of cloth. Compared to the dexterity that humans exhibit when performing folding tasks, robotic approaches usually employ small garments with quite rigid dynamics, and are either too slow, or fast but imprecise, requiring several attempts to achieve a reasonably good fold. In this paper, we tackle these challenges by generating fast folding trajectories with a novel model predictive controller, integrating physics-based simulation of cloth dynamics and efficient, kernel-based Koopman operator regression. Koopman operator regression, an increasingly popular machine learning technique for nonlinear system identification, is used to obtain a linear model for the cloth being folded. Such a surrogate model, trained with data from a high-fidelity, physics-based cloth simulator, can then be employed within a suitable model predictive control algorithm, in place of the costly, nonlinear one, to efficiently generate folding trajectories to be executed by a robotic manipulator. Both in simulated and real-robot experiments, we show how the linearization supplied by the Koopman operator-based model can be employed to efficiently generate fast folding trajectories to unseen poses, without sacrificing folding accuracy.

Abstract: Electron Beam-Induced Deposition (EBID) enables site-specific nanofabrication but suffers from significant carbon contamination, limiting its applicability in plasmonics, nanoelectronics, and sensing. In this study, we investigate the relationship between EBID process parameters such as beam current, acceleration voltage, and dwell time, and the platinum-to-carbon composition of deposited nanostructures. Using Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDX), we establish a hindered exponential growth model that correlates deposit composition with fabrication conditions. To enhance metal purity, we apply plasma oxygen treatment, exposing EBID deposits to a 30 W plasma for 30 minutes in a tabletop plasma generator. Post-treatment EDX analysis confirms a systematic increase in platinum content, while SEM inspection reveals nanostructure shrinkage due to carbon removal. This work aims to provide a framework for optimizing EBID fabrication and post-processing strategies to enhance material performance.

Abstract: The availability of network datasets advances research in network science, machine learning and related fields by enabling empirical analyses and their reproducibility, algorithm development, model validation and benchmarking. Existing repositories, such as SNAP and Netzschleuder, have made traditional network datasets widely accessible with metadata, metrics, and basic visualizations. However, they primarily focus on pairwise interactions, limiting data access to systems with many-body interactions. To address this gap, we created hypergraphx-data, a repository of real-world hypergraph datasets for higher-order network analysis, spanning different domains from social networks to biology and finance, and supporting configurations such as weighted, directed, temporal, and multiplex hypergraphs. Each dataset includes relational information and metadata, provided in an open JSON format and a binarized format for Hypergraphx. We provide a user-friendly interface to facilitate browsing, filtering, and accessing the datasets, while also ensuring integrity and reproducibility through hash-based verification and data versioning. Abstract: Prompt injection is the most critical vulnerability in deployed AI agents. Despite recent progress, we show that the prevailing defense paradigm (data-instruction separation) both fails to detect attacks that operate through contextual manipulation and degrades contextually appropriate behavior. We then recast prompt injection via the lens of Contextual Integrity (CI), a privacy theory that judges information flow compliance with contextual norms. This explains types of attacks that current defenses attempt to patch and predict advanced ones future agents will face. We develop unique benign and attack scenarios that force an agent to violate the norms by (1) misrepresenting the flow, (2) manipulating norms, or (3) mixing multiple flows. This reframing suggests an impossibility result: an adversary can always construct a context under which a blocked flow appears legitimate, or a defender who tightens norms will block genuinely legitimate flows. Our findings suggest that current research addresses a shrinking fraction of future attack surfaces. Instead, through CI, we offer a principled framework for evaluating context-sensitive failures, and designing CI-aware alignment for the frontier autonomous agents.

Abstract: We study the amount of reliable information that can be stored in a DNA-based storage system with noisy sequencing, where each codeword is composed of short DNA molecules. We analyze a concatenated coding scheme, where the outer code is designed to handle the random sampling, while the inner code is designed to handle the random sequencing noise. We assume that the sequencing channel is symmetric and choose the inner coding scheme to be composed by a linear block code and a zero-undetected-error decoder. As a byproduct, the resulting optimal maximum-likelihood decoder land itself for an amenable analysis, and we are able to derive an achievability bound for the scaling of the number of information bits that can be reliably stored. As a result of independent interest, we prove that the average error probability of random linear block codes under zero-undetected-error decoding converges to zero exponentially fast with the block length, as long as its coding rate does not exceed some critical value, which is known to serve as a lower bound to the zero-undetected-error capacity.

Abstract: The transmission matrix of a disordered medium, experimentally accessible for classical waves and central to the theory of mesoscopic electronic transport, supports transmission eigenchannels ranging from complete to vanishing transmission. This range reflects wave coherence, yet the evolution of coherence with depth across eigenchannels has not been examined. Using microwave measurements and numerical simulations, we show how wave interference evolves with depth within the sample to produce constructive or destructive interference in high- and low-transmission eigenchannels, respectively. In the highest-transmission eigenchannel, the alignment of modal contributions from the waveguide modes of an incident eigenchannel can become nearly perfect as the sample length increases, allowing transmission to remain high despite extensive multiple scattering. Although the contributions in low-transmission eigenchannels are somewhat reduced relative to those in high-transmission channels, they remain appreciable, and transmission is suppressed by their destructive interference rather than by their small magnitude. Because these contributions remain appreciable, it is possible to measure eigenchannel transmission far below the noise floor of conventional transmission and more than nine orders of magnitude below the highest transmission eigenvalue when the frequency is tuned through a transmission zero. In simulations, we determine the forward- and backward-propagating modal contributions to each eigenchannel throughout the sample and extract the corresponding flux, energy density, and velocity, whose mutual consistency validates the analysis. These results reveal how modal alignment evolves throughout disordered media and underlies the contrasting characteristics of transmission eigenchannels.

Abstract: Intracranial aneurysms (IAs), characterized by unpredictable growth and risk of rupture, are a major cause of stroke and can lead to life-threatening hemorrhages with high mortality and long-term disability. With aging populations, the incidence and overall burden of cerebrovascular diseases are expected to increase, highlighting the need for scalable approaches to analyze complex medical data and improve population-level understanding of these conditions. While digital twins and deep learning offer promising avenues for improving diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment, their effectiveness is limited by the scarcity of large-scale, high-quality medical data and corresponding labels. We present Synthetic VAsculature (SynVA), a modular toolkit for vascular mesh generation and anatomically consistent aneurysm synthesis. SynVA combines novel flow-matching-based methods for generating healthy vessel meshes with learning-based approaches for anatomy-conditioned aneurysm mesh generation - aneurysms are computed from pre-existing vascular geometries rather than being generated in isolation. In addition, we introduce the SynVA procedural model for vascular and aneurysm synthesis based solely on physiological principles and statistical priors, which enables the generation of large-scale datasets (e.g., for the training of mesh-based generative models). To this end, we release a dataset of 50,000 fully labeled mesh samples for a variety of downstream vision tasks, such as semantic segmentation. Extensive quantitative and qualitative evaluations demonstrate that SynVA generates realistic vessel geometries and anatomically plausible aneurysms. Specifically, our experiments indicate that some methods produce aneurysm shapes more aligned with expert human perception while others perform better on quantitative similarity metrics with reconstructions of real aneurysms.

Abstract: Scientific discovery is constrained not only by what is true, but by what is cognitively available to the researchers currently exploring a field. Many directions are coherent in light of the literature yet unlikely to be proposed because no existing community occupies the right combination of concepts, methods, and intuitions. Modern language models inherit this bias, recombining high-density regions of the literature when prompted for novel ideas. We introduce a framework that targets the complementary region, which we call the alien space of science, where directions are plausible under the structure of existing knowledge but unlikely under the distribution of existing researchers. Our method first decomposes papers into granular conceptual units and clusters them into a shared vocabulary of idea atoms. It then learns two complementary models over this vocabulary. A coherence model scores whether a combination of atoms forms a viable research direction, and an availability model scores whether any existing author community is positioned to produce a given combination. Sampling alien directions then reduces to ranking atom combinations that maximize coherence while minimizing availability. On a corpus of 16,068 peer-reviewed LLM papers from NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, and major NLP venues, the resulting sampler explores a 3.5 - 7 x broader effective atom vocabulary than frontier LLM ideation baselines without sacrificing coherence, and produces ideas that match or exceed those baselines under blind LLM, human, and downstream experimental evaluation. By separating scientific plausibility from community availability, our framework points toward AI ideation that complements rather than merely accelerates human science, expanding exploration into coherent directions that the current community may overlook.

Abstract: The upcoming IEEE-P3109 standard for low-precision floating-point arithmetic can become the foundation of future machine learning hardware and software. Unlike IEEE-754, P3109 introduces a parametric framework defined by bitwidth, precision, signedness, and domain. This flexibility results in a vast combinatorial space of formats -- some with as little as one bit of precision -- alongside novel features such as stochastic rounding and saturation arithmetic. These deviations create a unique verification gap that this paper intends to address. This paper presents FLoPS, Formalization in Lean of the P3109 Standard, which is a comprehensive formal model of P3109 in Lean. Our work serves as a rigorous, machine-checked specification that facilitates deep analysis of the standard. We demonstrate the model's utility by verifying foundational properties and analyzing key algorithms within the P3109 context. Specifically, we reveal that FastTwoSum exhibits a novel property of computing exact "overflow error" under saturation using any rounding mode, whereas previously established properties of the ExtractScalar algorithm fail for formats with one bit of precision. This work provides a verified foundation for reasoning about P3109 and enables formal verification of future numerical software. Our Lean development is open source and publicly available.

Abstract: Robust classification in noisy environments remains a fundamental challenge in machine learning. Standard approaches typically treat signal enhancement and classification as separate, sequential stages: first enhancing the signal and then applying a classifier. This approach fails to leverage the semantic information in the classifier's output during denoising. In this work, we propose a general, domain-agnostic framework that integrates two interacting diffusion models: one operating on the input signal and the other on the classifier's output logits, without requiring any retraining or fine-tuning of the classifier. This coupled formulation enables mutual guidance, where the enhancing signal refines the class estimation and, conversely, the evolving class logits guide the signal reconstruction towards discriminative regions of the manifold. We introduce three strategies to effectively model the joint distribution of the input and the logit. We evaluated our joint enhancement method for image classification and automatic speech recognition. The proposed framework surpasses traditional sequential enhancement baselines, delivering robust and flexible improvements in classification accuracy under diverse noise conditions.

Abstract: Recovering physical properties of objects in motion is a core task across scientific and industrial applications. When the relative motion between the object and the sensing apparatus provides sufficient angular coverage, Computerized Tomography offers a powerful means of reconstruction. For such scenarios, we propose a parametric spatiotemporal model applied to Gaussian Mixture Models (GMM), in which each constituent Gaussian is parameterized by its own angular velocity, projectile motion, and geometry. GMM are a suitable means of reconstruction because they (i) admit accurate approximations in object space and (ii) have a closed form expression under the ray transform; enabling efficient forward predictions and exact gradient computations in data space. By decoupling the reconstruction problem into two sub-inverse problems, we characterize solutions as minimizers of task-specific objective functions that are derived and solved by utilizing the properties of (ii). The resulting algorithm we provide is applicable to objects in Euclidean space of arbitrary dimension. We validate the method on a simulated 2D problem, achieving accurate reconstruction of a 5-Gaussian GMM with intersecting trajectories. This also provides a foundation for further experimentation in settings with noisy data, 3D objects, and non-rigid body dynamics.

Abstract: Software fault prediction (SFP) is a critical task in software engineering, enabling early identification of faults in modules to improve software quality and reduce maintenance costs. This research investigates the combined effects of feature selection and parameter tuning on the performance of machine learning (ML) models for SFP. This study evaluates the interaction between feature selection methods, including correlation-based feature selection (CFS), recursive feature elimination (RFE), mutual information (MI), and L1 regularization, where hyperparameter tuning techniques such as grid search, randomized search, and genetic algorithm (GA) are used for optimization of ML algorithms, including random forest (RF), logistic regression (LR), and support vector machines (SVM) for optimized fault prediction performance. The combined application of CFS and GA yielded the highest accuracy, achieving 88.40% with RF, representing an improvement of 18% over baseline models without feature selection or tuning. Feature selection reduced dimensionality and identified critical attributes such as weighted methods per Class (WMC) and coupling between objects (CBO), while iterative parameter tuning optimized model alignment to these feature sets. Notably, the proposed methods demonstrated robustness, with minimal cross-validation variability (+-1.0%), and efficiency, reducing training times in univariate methods such as L1 regularization.

We introduce a State-Augmented Planning mechanism that enforces a rigorous Design-Verify-Rectify workflow, ensuring hardware compliance before execution. Furthermore, we address the context bottleneck inherent in complex device schemas by Semantic Symbol Grounding, reducing token consumption by ~6* through symbolic abstraction. Abstract: The disclosure of the Log4Shell vulnerability in December 2021 led to an unprecedented wave of global scanning and exploitation activity. A recent study provided important initial insights, but was largely limited in duration and geography, focusing primarily on European and U.S. network telescope deployments and covering the immediate aftermath of disclosure. As a result, the longer-term evolution of exploitation behavior and its regional characteristics has remained insufficiently understood. In this paper, we present a longitudinal measurement study of Log4Shell-related traffic observed between December 2021 and October 2025 by a reactive network telescope deployed in India. This vantage point enables examination of sustained exploitation dynamics beyond the initial outbreak phase, including changes in scanning breadth, infrastructure reuse, payload construction, and destination targeting. Our analysis reveals that Log4Shell exploitation persists for several years after disclosure, with activity gradually concentrating around a smaller set of recurring scanner and callback infrastructures, accompanied by an increase in payload obfuscation and shifts in protocol and port usage. A comparative analysis and observations with the benchmark study validate both correlated temporal trends and systematic differences attributable to vantage point placement and coverage. Subsequently, these results demonstrate that Log4Shell remains active well beyond its initial disclosure period, underscoring the value of long-term, geographically diverse measurement for understanding the full lifecycle of critical software vulnerabilities.

Abstract: Recent Artificial Intelligence (AI) models have matched or exceeded human experts in several benchmarks of biomedical task performance, but surgical benchmarks in particular are often missing from prominent medical benchmark suites. Since surgery requires integrating disparate tasks, generally-capable AI models could be particularly attractive as a collaborative tool if performance could be improved. On the one hand, the canonical approach of scaling architecture size and training data is attractive, especially since there are millions of hours of surgical video data generated per year. On the other hand, preparing surgical data for AI training requires significantly higher levels of professional expertise, and training on that data requires expensive computational resources. These trade-offs paint an uncertain picture of whether and to-what-extent modern AI could aid surgical practice. In this paper, we explore this question through a case study of surgical tool detection using state-of-the-art AI methods available in 2026. We demonstrate that even with multi-billion parameter models and extensive training, current Vision Language Models fall short in the seemingly simple task of tool detection in neurosurgery. Additionally, we show scaling experiments indicating that increasing model size and training time only leads to diminishing improvements in relevant performance metrics. Thus, our experiments suggest that current models could still face significant obstacles in surgical use cases. Moreover, some obstacles cannot be simply ``scaled away'' with additional compute and persist across diverse model architectures, raising the question of whether data and label availability are the only limiting factors. We discuss the main contributors to these constraints and advance potential solutions.

Abstract: AlphaFold3 introduces a diffusion-based architecture that elevates protein structure prediction to all-atom resolution with improved accuracy. This state-of-the-art performance has established AlphaFold3 as a foundation model for diverse generation and design tasks. However, its iterative design substantially increases inference time, limiting practical deployment in downstream settings such as virtual screening and protein design. We propose DCFold, a single-step generative model that attains AlphaFold3-level accuracy. Our Dual Consistency training framework, which incorporates a novel Temporal Geodesic Matching (TGM) scheduler, enables DCFold to achieve a 15x acceleration in inference while maintaining predictive fidelity. We validate its effectiveness across both structure prediction and binder design benchmarks.
