Swedish study maps children's books addressing death and grief

Researchers analyzed 62 Swedish storybooks to understand how young children encounter themes of death and loss through literature. The findings could guide publishers, educators, and parents in selecting age-appropriate resources that help children process grief—a growing market for evidence-based children's content.
