Digital Safety System Prevents Industrial Accidents at Multiple Work Sites

Engineers have deployed an AI-powered risk assessment platform that integrates hazard detection with prevention protocols across industrial projects. Since launch, the system achieved zero accidents across multiple sites—a practical demonstration that digital tools can substantially reduce workplace injury liability and operational disruption.

Originaltitel: Exploratory Practice of Dual Prevention Mechanism in Engineering Applications

Abstrakt

The dual prevention mechanism has been applied in multiple industries and achieved considerable success. However, there are still challenges, such as insufficient integration of information technology with the dual prevention mechanism, and inadequate organic integration of hidden danger investigation and risk prevention and control work. By establishing a risk identification library, which serves as the foundation for project risk identification and risk classification control, a design for a dynamic safety production risk assessment system is formed. Based on this, a three-tier application plan for the platform is further expanded. Since the platform went online, risk control practices have been carried out in multiple projects. In practice, no project accidents have occurred, achieving the goal of assisting in risk control and accident prevention.
